Imagination Costume, founded by Blair and Eunice Farrington, opened in September 1996. Originally developed as a support system for Farrington Productions' shows including the acclaimed “Copacabana Dinner Show”, the award-winning $25,000,000 Show in the Sky at the Rio Hotel, Las Vegas, the Venetian Hotel Las Vegas’s gondolier and opera program, the original Caesar and Cleopatra themed Characters at Caesars Palace, as well as world class production events , galas, industrial shows and corporate events. Imagination became more in demand, winning major projects from companies like Disney, Broadway Producer Richard Frankel’s Swing, Warner Brothers, Siegfried & Roy, the LVCVA, the FOX Network, HBO, Danny Gans, Sheena Easton and David Cassidy just to name a few.
The Professional Costume division is comprised of three departments: costume and wardrobe production and design, millinery, and crafts. The costume & wardrobe design and production department provides conceptual and finished design, draping, color and swatch boards, tailoring, and pattern-making and sample services. The millinery department constructs innovative, yet lightweight and durable backpacks and headpieces and mascot characters. The crafts department specializes in various dyeing techniques, mask-making, costume jewelry, and accessories and prop construction.
Imagination Costume created and produced themed character costumes for Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Atlantic City, and Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas' New York-New York Hotel and Casino, The Venetian Casino Resort Hotel, Harrah's New Orleans and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Imagination has also built high-end dealer and cocktail uniforms for the Rio All-Suite Casino Resort, Las Vegas. |
